| Directions: | Preheat oven to 325
In large microproof container melt cocount oil until yield 1/2C liquid. Add peanut butter, honey and maple syrup. Microwave another 30 seconds. Add oatmeal, pecans and coconut. Stir to combine. Add chips last. Grease 9 x 13 pan adn press mixture into it using back of spoon. Bake 30 minutes. Remove and bring to room temp. Refrigerate at least 4 hrs. Cut into small squares.
Store up to 2 weeks in fridge. |
