| Directions: | In a large saucepan, combine 3 3/4C broth with cauliflower. Cover and bring to a boil for 15-20 min until fork tender.
In a med. skillet heat butter and cook onion until golden. Add beef and brown. Stir in seasonings.
Using an immersion blender puree cauliflower until smooth.
In a small bowl whisk 1/4C broth with coconut flour until dissolved. Add to cauliflower mixture and cook 3min stirring constantly until thickened. Add cheesea and stir until melted. Add beef mixture and serve.
