| Directions: | In a large glass bowl break up chocolate. Add butter and microwave 2min on High until melted and smooth - stirring half way through.
In a med bowl, whip eggs adn sugar on med hi speed until trippled in volume, about 6-7 min
Fold egg mixture into chocolate and divide among 8 well buttered 6oz ramekins.
Bake 350 for 15-17 min until top is set.
Invert onto plates and serve with icecream.
NOTE - cakes can be baked a day ahead and warmed in microwave if necessary. |
