| Directions: | Butter 11x7 baking dish. In a med bowl, whisk eggs, milk & vanilla.
Spread 2T Nutella on each of the slices of bread. Roll each bread slice into cigar shape with filling on inside. Dip each bread roll into egg mixture and place in buttered baking dish seam side down. Continue with remaining bread rolls, placing them side by side, enchilada style. Pour remaining custard over top of bread.
Refrigerate at least 2 hrs or overnight until custard has been absorbed.
Preheat oven to 375. Bake 30-35 min until golden.
Dust with powdered sugar and drizzle with melted Nutella (optional). Serve with sliced strawberries and syrup. |
