Ingredients:

1/3C red wine vinegar
1 lemon, juiced
1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 C EVOO

Directions:

Combine all ingredients except EVOO in a bowl or jar and whisk together.
Slowly add olive oil and whisk vigorously while pouring to emulsify.
