| Directions: | Toast almonds in large skillet - remove and let cool in a bowl
Return skillet to heat and add EVOO & garlic. Cook until garlic is fragrant (30 seconds)
Add cauliflower, salt & pepper
Cook and stir until golden in places (10 min)
At 8 minutes, stir in peas.
Remove from heat and toss with almonds, parsley and lemon juice. Serve warm. |
