| Directions: | Preheat oven to 425ºF. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray and set aside.
In a small bowl, add the seasoning salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika, whisk together and set aside.
Wash chicken wings and pat dry. Season wings on both sides with spice mixture, and place on prepared baking sheet with the wings open to reveal wing tip. Bake for 30 minutes, flip wings over and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan over medium heat, add the BBQ sauce, molasses, vinegar, and hot sauce if desired. Whisk together, place over medium heat and bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer. Once wings have finished cooking, dip each wing in sauce, let marinate for 1-2 minutes, and transfer to a 9x13-inch casserole dish. Bake for additional 10 minutes and serve. |
