Preheat a cast iron skillet to medium heat.
2. Mix coconut flour, arrowroot powder, sea salt, ground mustard, and pepper together in one bowl.
3. In a separate bowl beat egg with coconut milk.
4. When skillet is warm add a large dollop of coconut oil and begin dredging the turkey.
5. Form a small patty with the turkey, coat in the egg mixture, dredge in the flour mixture and then add to skillet. 6. Repeat.
It will take the nuggets approximately 3-5 mins to cook on each side. |
