| Directions: | Preheat oven to 350.
Sift coconut flour, salt & baking soda in bowl.
In separate bowl whisk honey, coconut milk, eggs, oil and vanilla.
Stir wet into dry ingredients and mix in chia seeds.
Fold in blueberries.
Pour batter into greased or lined muffin tins, filling 3/4 full.
Bake 25 min until golden. Cool on rack.
