| Directions: | In large skillet, add butter and melt over med heat. Add apples, 2C juice, and spice. Stir to combine and make sure apples are mostly covered by liquid. Cook/simmer until apples are fork tender (15-20min)
Remove tender apples from skillet with slotted spoon and place in serving dish leaving liquid in skillet.
In a separate bowl, whisk remaining 1/2C juice, starch, sugar and salt until combined.
Add to warm liquid in skillet. Heat until bubbly and thick. Pour over apples and gently stir to incorporate. |
