| Ingredients: | 2C almond flour
1C coconut sugar (or any other granulated type)
3/4C cocoa powder
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/2C cocount milk (full fat)
1/2C butter or coocunt oil, melted
2tsp vanilla
1/3C brewed coffee
1/2C peanut butter or almond butter |
| Directions: | Preheat oven to 325. Grease 9x13 pan.
In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients.
Add wet ingredients except for peanut butter and stir until combined.
Spread into pan and spoon peanut butter on top in lines.
Use a knife and make swirl motions to swirl it into batter.
Bake 25-30min until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes before serving.
