| Directions: | Preheat oven to 375.
Brown ground beef in large pan.
Add garlic, onion and spices. Cook until onions are a little soft.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour and chicken stock. Add to meat mixture and cook until a little thick. Stir in sour cream.
In a greased 9 x 13 casserole put half of the corn chips on bottom of pan. Top with half of the beef mixture, 1/2 cheese, 1/2 onions, olives and pepper. Repeat layers again starting with corn chips ending with a sprinkle of cheese.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Let stand 5 min. before serving. |
