Ingredients:
3T ground flaxseed
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp paprika
pinch of salt
1T coconut oil
1T water
1 large egg
Directions:
Combine all until blended.
Pour batter into greased pie plate.
Microwave 2-3 minutes on high.
Cool 5 min.
To remove, use spatula to lift edge.
