| Directions: | Preheat oven to 350.
Spray 2 muffin tins with cooking spray
Stir together milk and vinegar (will curdle a bit).
In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients.
Add milk mixture and honey to dry ingredients.
Stir in chopped hot dogs.
Scoop into prepared tins (I used silicon liners and they worked perfectly)
Bake 20 minutes (large tins) or 15 min for mini tins--toothpick should come out clean.
Makes 12 regular or 24 minis plus 4 regular |
