Recipe Name:Fudge Cake

Ingredients:CAKE:
1 c butter
4T cocoa
2 c sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c flour
2 tsp vanilla
1c chopped walnuts/pecans
1/2 pkg mini marshmallows

ICING:
1/2 c butter
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 c cocoa
1/2 c evaporated milk
1 lb. powdered sugar.
Directions:Melt butter with cocoa. Remove fromheat, add sugar and thourughly incorporate. Add eggs one at a time. Add flour, nuts and vanilla. Pour into 11x16 greased pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Pour marshmallows over top and return to oven until melted (5 min) Remove from oven and pour icing over immediately.

Icing:
Heat milk and butter, mix in powdered sugar, cocoa and vanilla - pour over cake.
