| Directions: | Combine chips and shortening in microwave bowl.
Cook on Hi 1 1/2 min or until melted; cool slightly.
Dip 2/3 of each rinsed strawberry in mixture; shake gently to remove excess.
Place on tray covered with wax paper. Refrigerate until firm (30 min). STore, covered, in regrigerator.
Coats approx. 4 doz small berries (1 cup of coating) |
