Ingredients:1/2 head napa cabbage, chopped
2 large carrots, grated

DRESSING:
1/4C roasted almond butter
1T cider vinegar
1 tsp ume plum vinegar
1T sesame oil
1T lime juice
1/4 tsp ginger (fresh zested
7 drops of stevia
1/4C toasted sesame seeds (2T for dressing & 2T for garnish)
Directions:Place cabbage and carrots in bowl.
In a separate bowl combine almond butter, vinegars, oil, lime juice, ginger& stevia - mix thouroughly
Stir in 2T of sesame seeds
stir dressing into bowl with veggies
Serve, top with remainiing sesame seeds.
