Creamy Spinach with Green Chile

Ingredients:

Spinach
Cream Cheese
Green Chlie
salt
Parmesean cheese

Directions:

Boil or steam spinach. Drain. While it is still hot, stir in small bits of cream cheese until desired creaminess. Stir in chopped green chile to your level of heat. Season with salt and top with rough cut parmesean cheese.
