| Directions: | Preheat oven to 325. MIx crumbs, butter, nuts, & sugar. Mix well. Press mixture into bottom of springform pan fitted with flat bottom. Bake 10 minutes. Cool on cooling rack.
MIx cream cheese,sugar, eggs, milk, & extract. Whisk in melted chocolate. Pour batter over slightly cooled crust. Bake at 325 for 35-40 min until center is set. Cool 20 min on cooling rack. run knife around edge. Allow to cool to room temp. Cover with foil and refrigerate until thouroughly chilled. Release side clamp and remove collar. PIpe whipped topping around edge of cake. |
