Recipe Name:Asian BBQ Chicken w/broccoli slaw

Ingredients:1/4c ketchup
2T Hoisin sauce
2T soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
2 1/4 lb. bone-in, skinless chicken thighs
1 bag broccoli slaw
2T rice wine vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions:In small sauce pan stir ketchup, hoisin, soy sauce & sesame oil. Heat until bubbling (5 min). Remove 3 Tblspoons from pot and set aside.
Lightly oil grill. Grill chicken bottom side up and baste with sauce.
Close cover and cook 5 min. Open cover and flip thighs, baste again with sauce. Continue basting every 5 min for about 20 minutes - until thermometer reads 160.

While chicken is cooking, stir reserved sauce, slaw, vinegar and S&P together. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
