Recipe Name:Fondue - Black and White Chocolate

Ingredients:4 oz semisweet chocolate, chopped
1/3 C whipping cream
1T brandy
1 oz white chocolate, coarsley shredded
Directions:In a small crock pot, combine semisweet chocolate and cream. Cover and heat until chocolate is melted. Stir mixture until smooth. Blend in brandy. Sprinkle with white chocolate then draw a spoon through fondue 2 or 3 times to swirl white chocolate through. Serve hot.
