Fondue - Swiss

Ingredients:
1/2 garlic clove
1 2/3 c dry white wine
1 lb. Gruyere, grated cheese
Freshly grated nutmeg to taste

Directions:
Rub inside of heavy sauce pan with garlic. Add wine and heat over low-med utnil unitl hot. Add Gruyere by handful, stirring, until cheese is melted and mix is blended well. Season with nutmeg to taste.
