Ingredients:
1/2 T margarine
2 lbs. round steak cut 1" thick
1 envelope onion soup mix
1/2lb mushrooms, sliced
1/2 green pepper, sliced
1 lb. can tomaotes, drained and chopped (reserve juice)
salt and pepper
1/2 cup juice from tomatoes
1T A-1 steak sauce
1T cornstarch
20" sheet of aluminum foil
1T chopped parsley
Directions:
Arrange foil in baking dish.
Spread center of foil with margarine. Cut steak into serving portions. Arrange on foil, slightly overlapping. Sprinkle with onion soup, mushrooms, green pepper, tomatoes, salt and pepper. Mix tomato juice, A-1 and cornstarch. Pour over meat and veggies. Bring foil up over and double -fold edges to seal tightly. Bake 2hrs at 265. Roll back foil and sprinkle with parsley.
