Low Carb Pancakes

Ingredients:
1/2C plus 1 T almond flour
1/2 C cream cheese
4 eggs
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1T butter or avocado oil for frying
Directions:
Mix first four ingredients in Vitamix
Heat butter in skillet over Med.
Pour in 2-3 T batter. Flip when center bubbles (about 3 min)
Top with butter & cinnamon.
