1 recipe for 8x8 Double recipe for 9x13 pan
Ingredients:
2 small bricks Cream Cheese
1 cup milk
1 can pineapple tidbits drained (save juice)
1 pkg lime jello dissolved in 1 cup pineapple juice or water (or combination of)
1 small jar marichino cherries
1/2 cup (approx.) chopped pecans
Directions:
Mix milk and cream cheese together until creamy.
Warm 1 cup drained pineapple juice and/or water and add jello to dissolve.
Add jello mixture to cream cheese mixture and mix until smooth.
Stir in nuts, cherries, and pineapple tidbits.
Pour into 8x8 dish and cover with plastic.
Chill to set (good to make 1 day ahead).
