Ingredients:
1c Rice
3 chicken bouillon cubes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small can carnation evaporated milk
1 cup chopped green chile
4oz shredded colby cheese
Directions:
Combine rice with 2cups water and bouillon; cook 20 min, covered.
Add remiaing ingredients combined in casserole dish & bake at 350 until warm.
