Dashing Dish
Ingredients:
1/4C oats
1/2C Egg whites (4 egg whites)
2T protein powder (or 2T additional oats)
2T applesauce
2T almond milk
1 pkt stevia
pinch salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp apple pie spice
1/2 tsp cinnamon


Directions:
Place all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth (thin pancake batter). Spray a non-stick cooking pan with spray. Heat to medium. Pour 1/2 batter into pan. Swirl to cover the bottom. When bubbles form, it is ready to flip. Gently flip and cook on other side.

Makes 2 10in. crepes
