Ingredients:
4C Almond Flour
1/2 tsp salt
1tsp baking soda
3T cinnamon
3 eggs
3/4C full fat canned coconut milk
1C maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Grease bundt pan with coconut oil
combine all ingredients and mix until well combined with mixer.
pour into greaed pan
Bake 30-40min,until toothpick is clean.
cool 30 min on wire rack, THEN turn upside down onto platter.

Top with caramel glaze:
In sauce pan combine 1/2C butter
3/4C maple syrup
1C canned coconut milk
Boil to softball stage...220Degrees.Cool 15min and put on cake
