The Yummy Life
Ingredients:
15 bean soup mix (or variety of beans on hand) - discard seasoning packet if you buy mix.
onion, garlic, celery, carrot, kale - veggie assortment
2 cans fire roasted tomatoes
1/4 to 1/2C gf soy sauce
bay, thyme, pepper
2 boxes chicken broth
ham steak
Directions:
Rinse and soak beans overnight. Drain and add to slow cooker. Chop veggies add with all remaining ingredients except Kale or Chard & one can of tomatoes (these will get added at end). Cook on low 8hrs then add last can of tomatoes and chopped Kale. Cook another 30 minutes.
