Ingredients:
3C oats
1C almonds
1C cashews/pecans
3/4C coconut
1/4C + 2T brown sugar
1/4C + 2T maple syrup
1/4C canola oil
3/4 tsp salt
1C raisins
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except raisins. Spread on parchment lined pan and bake at 250 for 1hr. 15min stirring every 20min or so. When lightly browned, remove from oven and stir in raisins.
