Practical Paleo
Ingredients:
6 eggs
1/2 C butter or coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla
1/4C maple syrup
1 lemon, juice & zest
1/2 C coconut flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 C blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Combine all wet ingredients. Mix in dry ingredients. Fold in blueberries. Fill 12 lined muffin cups. Bake 35-40min.
