Chicken Nuggets (Paleo)

Eat Like a Dinosaur
Ingredients:
3 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts
2C almond flour
2T arrowroot
2 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/8 tsp black pepper
3/4C olive oil
Directions:
Cut chicken into 1 inch chunks
Mix flour, arrowroot,and spices together with fork.
Pour olive oil into separate bowl.
Dip chicken piece into oil and then into flour mixture.
Place nuggets on baking sheet and bake at 400 for 15-20 min - flipping half way through.
