Ingredients:
1 C white Rice Flour
1/2C potato starch
1/2C tapioca flour
1/4 tsp salt
6T butter
1 egg
1 T apple cider vinegar
3T cold water
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients. Cut in butter until crumbly. Add egg, vinegar, and water. Use hands to form a ball. Makes enough for two 9 in. pie crusts.
