Elanas Pantry
Ingredients:
1 1/2 C almond flour
2 T coconut flour
1/4C flax meal
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
5 eggs
1/4C coconut oil
1T honey
1 T cider vinegar
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients. Combine wet ingredients. Add wet to dry. Scoop batter into well greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 30min or until knife comes out clean.
