Ingredients:
CRUST
8 graham crackers (1 cup crumbs)
1/4C butter, melted
1T sugar

CAKE
2 pkg (8oz ea) cream cheese
1/2 C sugar
1/4C flour
3 eggs
1C sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Place graham crackers in a large self-sealing plastic bag and crush into fine crumbs. Combine crumbs, sugar, and butter. Press into bottom of springform pan. Bake 10 min and place on cooling rack.

MIx cream cheese, sugar & flour until combined. Add eggs & sour cream and mix until smooth. Pour batter over slightly cooled crust. Bake 50 - 55 minutes until center is set. Cool 20 minutes on cooling rack. Carefully run sharp knife around cheesecake. Allow to cool to room temperature; cover with foil and refrigerate until thouroughly chilled. Release side clamp and remove collar. Top with fresh strawberries or pie filling.
