Roasted Chicken with Mushroom Balsamic Glaze

Ingredients:
2 chickens (about 3 lbs. ea)
1 pkg onion-mushroom soup mix (2 envelopes)
1/4C balsamic vinegar
2 tsp paprika
4 cloves garlic, pressed
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Combine soup mix, vinegar, paprika & garlic in small bowl. Coat each chicken and place in 9 x 13 baker breast side up. Cover with foil. Bake 1 hr (or until 180 degrees). Garnish with parsely.
