Stuffed Crab

Ingredients:
1-2 lbs. crab meat
1 cup toasted bread crumbs
1 c celery, finely chopped
1/2 c onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup butter
1 can cream celery soup
2T worchestershire
Dash of Tabasco
1 1/2 T yellow mustard
1 T parsley flakes
Directions:
Saute onion and celery in butter until tender and clear. Add soup, worcestershire, tabasco, mustard and parsley.

In large bowl combine crab meat and bread crumbs. Add wet mixture and spread in casserole dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top and dot with pats of butter.
