Clam Chowder

Ingredients:
2 strips of bacon (turkey), diced
1C chopped onion
2C cubed red potatoes
2 cans minced clams (6 oz each), undrained
1C chicken broth
1C chopped celery
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp seafood seasoning
1/2 tsp lemon pepper
1/8 tsp pepper
1T flour
1 1/2 C fat free half/half
Directions:
In large nonstick sauce pan, cook bacon and onion over med heat ntil onion is tender. Add potatoes, clams, broth, celery and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 12-15min or until veggies are tender.
In a small bowl, combine flour and half and half unitl smooth; stir into potato mix. Bring to a boil and cook and stir for 2min or until thick.
