Ravioli Dough (original)

Ingredients:
2 1/4 - 2 1/2 C flour
2 eggs + 1 egg yolk
1/3C water
1T oil
1 tsp salt
1T sugar

Directions:
Combine 1C flour & 1/3C water with remaining ingredients and beat 2 minutes with beater. Add rest of flour gradually and knead about 20 times until not sticky.

Makes 1lb. of pasta (36 raviolis)
